I currently have the following stats:

40 atk (purely from quests)
80 str
1 def
75 hp
80 range
80 mage
1 pray


I am currently pking on f2p for shits and giggles (range to rune2h for combo).

I am debating of becoming a gmaul pure, but was wondering what level bracket gmaulers are most effective.

At the following stats I believe I will be at combat level 73

50 atk
90 str
1 def
99 hp
99 range
99 mage
1 pray

Is that too high of a combat to be a gmauler?

yeah i'm not sure tbh you'll have to ask someone else

possibly doing the attack to 50 and sticking with your stats would be pretty good, because youll be fighting lower levels with lower HP.

I think my hp is quite high for my combat level, since the range was trained without a cannon.

Yeah which keeps you safe but by maxing everything out, just means you're fighting higher levels with higher HP values, if you keep it where it is and grab that 50 attack youll be in a lower bracket of combat and you'll probably find more success with having people with less HP

At 74 i can't imagine there is anything other than other pures and voiders. Maybe like zerks with shit stats, or a maxed obby tank?
