tormented braclet / regen / barrows gloves
slayer helm if on task
and sgs if u can afford it

Blood barrage / blitz instead of guthans

most people only go blood spells when doing tribrid, ironman, or if they dont meet requirements for guthans. just cost so much that it hurts ur profit.
