I've been pretty comfortable with legacy mode, but its still annoying as hell that I know I am not dealing the damage I can especially with maxed combat...

i tried to look for a tutorial vid on YT, but it seems to all be from 5 years ago, i assume learning from those vids will really mislead me, so i am asking you to help point me at the right direction, where should i read/watch to learn to combat efficiently?

Mainly doing this because i figured i can't boss with legacy efficiently...

any other advice you want to throw in is also welcomed, thanks.

Depends on what kind of combat you wanna do.
You can literally turn revolution on and automate all your skills. You can optionally automate or manually use thresholds.
Legacy mode is like a giant swinging a tree around. Slow, but hits hard. EoC is more like a goblin with daggers. You poke them quite fast, but with fewer big hits.
If you wanna camp old bosses, you can literally afk entire fights wearing full t90. If you wanna fight random mobs that aren't bosses, you'll smash (most of) them without much problem.
If you wanna learn how to do higher bosses, you might have to learn some mechanics. There are also some pain in the ass slayer mobs that are more annoying than low level bosses.
As in... move out of the way so you don't die like a dummy, or use/don't use certain skills, switch to a shield instead of 2h for some, etc.
Mazcab ability codex - you want at least 2, for the mage and range dot abilities. You hit something with the ability, and it spreads to adjacent enemies.
There are other abilities to unlock through the game, such as quests, minigames, and boss drops. Some of them are more worthwhile than others, and some of them are just a side benefit/mini goal/collectible.
T90 armor is great for everything. Anyone who says not to use it and to use t70 or t80 instead is just poor and trying to save a couple coins. Show them your superiority and wear full t90 everywhere you go.
T90 weapons are a must, at the very lest. Even poor nubs who try to save by wearing t70/80 gear would still use t90 weapons, assuming they could afford it.
But judging by your fg, you can afford full t90 of every set, and since you have the stats for it, you can use it right away.
T92 weapons just proves how much better you are than the others, whereas t92 armor just makes you look like an elitist.
Sure, content can be done with a lot lower gear, but if higher gear is available, and if you're able to afford it, why not use it.
If you have extra coin to spare, praesul codex will be useful to unlocking t99 prayers. By the way, you need 3 of them. Most people don't get all 3, because poor people problems, etc.
Overloads were great, but now you can combine potions and make better potions. You can also buy some of them off the market.
Buy a good amount of super prayer renewal pots, make a good amount of supreme overload pots, and go ahead and invest in some aggression flasks while you're at it. Makes afk slayer more viable.
2h weapons are superior in general in terms of multi combat situations. 1h weapons are superior in general in terms of killing things one at a time, with the added option of switching to a shield for defensives.
But lets be honest. Defensives are for people who don't hit hard enough, and for people who enjoy being hit more than others, so 2h all the way.
Best in slot untradable after equip jewelry is definitely worth the investment. You'll should never want to sell it anyways.
What you DON'T want to do is switch to EoC combat and not use thresholds. If you do this, you basically doom yourself to poor results. Even automatic thresholds would be a major improvement rather than none.
For some bosses, I've had my fastest kills with ults, and others, ults slowed down my kills significantly. If you like it, go for it. If you don't, oh well. It's not too much of a difference.
I haven't actually played in like 6 months, but tbh, there hasn't been any significant changes apart from elite dungeons (that I'm aware of at least).
I personally don't like group boss content (mostly because of the elitist mentality), but if that's something that interests you, by all means look into it.
I personally enjoy rs as primarily solo content, with exception to dungeoneering and random guild chat, but everyone has their own preferences.

^ That wall of text.
I probably wouldn't read it.

I read every word and enjoyed every bit, I find it very helpful and thank you for being generous to share so much, if you could tell me which equip intradable jeweleries to get would be nice, I already got luck of dwarves and planned to use it, but would like to hear from you, thanks.
