tormented braclet increases ur max hit with mage and suffering is mainly used in like zulrah to get faster kills. i personally ring flick. i have archer ring on for my atk and suffering on for zulrahs.

Exactly for tormented and for suffering its great defence, act as a recoil and great prayer bonus

I bring it to most bosses where you have to use more than one attack style and the offensive rings won't be as useful lol.
