Just be smart about letting people on your account and transfer 95% of your wealth to an alt. Leave him enough gp to complete the job. As simple as that.

Most people do the 2/3rd rule..
He joined earlier than you/has more pc.
If you all can't come to an agreement as far as payment, just use a med.
