i just dont wanna undercut anyone and yeah ill do small jobs first to build a rep.
Pretty much if you're new to doing services.. undercutting is how you start. Trusted users can charge more for just that reason -- the matter of trust. They will get jobs at higher rates because users can rest easy knowing their accounts are safe. The kind of people you're going to start with typically either want fast or cheaper service and don't mind having someone random doing the work for them.
As a newer user myself I constantly face the difficulty of the trust issue, but I know that in time I'll get there through repeated success. If you have that kind of an attitude to your work you'll do just fine. It would be a good idea for you to get to know the forum you'll be working in by checking around threads and seeing what different users charge. Create spreadsheets with price differentials from users to guide you in setting prices. Work for what you're willing to work for and just be patient.
Best of luck -- hope anything I've said helps
