I am looking for the best setup in terms of efficiency for player owned house in Osrs.
I don't care for looks. Priority is prayer and construction training, then portals to move around with only the house tab in the inventory. Next are lecterns and repair stand. Lastly would be the zoo pets room. Also need kitchen and two bedrooms for the demon butler.
I found this picture to be close to what I want but I am opened for other options.

What do you guys think? What are your house setups?

Long as altar is north of portal you should be all set. I reckon just surround the other things around the portal in the open slots. Put the bedrooms in Africa as they serve no purpose

But no this is the best set up in my opinion, it fits everything you need with a few little "Luxury rooms"
Normally Altar goes North with a Glory Room RIGHT next to it, Then Lecturns for Tabs (if u dont buy them)
Portal rooms, maybe a little garden and always gotta have bedrooms.... Pickin up the Pixel Girlfriends.
