I can't log in on my phone. It's been awhile, so I had to update the app. I did that. I try to log in and I need to put in my 2FA, I do that, but it tells me that my session expired. Then I get an email right after saying I requested my authenticator to be disabled.

I go to my pc and try to login to the website, use my 2FA, and I login just fine. But I still can't on my phone.


Anyone experienced this before?

Had a similar issue, kept getting logged out on mobile even after verifying through email to log in about a week ago. I updated my security with the authenticator code. Logged on and haven't had an issue since.
