It's a boost item that gives you 3% exp bonus for 5 minutes with a 10 minute cooldown.
You can claim it from Hans in Lumbridge going thru the event option and asking if he has any cake.

Just looked it up and went to Hans and got it lol.

Very aware of this.. This is my screen shot ? I have alt accts that don't get this message and want the settings to allow the messages to show up. I cant for the life of me find the settings.
It also seas how long I have before it reconstitution's it's self to be used again.
