i mostly train slayer,
someone1 gave me 20m and i wonder if i should use
torture over my fury
or i could buy bandos tassets instead of my d legs
i was using obby cape before but
i found out that if i use mixed hide cape,
choosing one of the above items is gonna give me
another max hit

Also, tassets are a good buy. A good general melee setup on a budget is:
Nezi, fire cape, fury, blessing, osmutens fang, torso, dragon defender, tasstes, barrow gloves, d boots, berserker ring (i)

yep thats my plan. someone just gave me a fang a couple days ago, got exited
and bought an abyssal tentacle to speed up the process. but i train slayer
and sometimes use mage and range for tasks so its still gonna be a little
while til 82 atk

Worth it though, fang is super op

Spending some money and learning how to get a fire cape will be a great boost over obsidian cape. Torture over fury is a big upgrade. Low budget mage and range setups go a long way, ie God dhide and ahrims are low budget but big upgrades

If melee is what you want to focus on I would invest in tassets. They will be your end game option until you have more money than you know what to do with and get Torva

it really depends what you're doing, is correct for the most part though

while all the upgrades are great and usually needed, you can go for things like veracs skirt over tassets which is a more budget-friendly version, then you gotta think of what chest piece you're using, if you "only" have the 20M and want to maximize your budget length, I would suggest maybe getting an initiate chest/prossy chest as well as both items have +prayer bonus, and unless you have say a fighter torso, the pros chest is going to act as pretty much a rune platebody (while the torso being a more aggressive>rune plate) that way you could also have wiggle room for say a fury/torture and perhaps a berserker ring if you don't have one? assuming you're looking to out-dps things

this is just a basic budget friendly reply mind, you could pick and choose depending on what feels more appropriate and the specific activity

thx for replys, yes i have a berserker ring (i) and fury already. i went with tassies over torture for now. seems like they both are almost equally good upgrades
so im not gonna sweat it too much.
