Hi long story short my phone was stolen and my authenticator was on that phone.
Now i cant access my authenticator app but all my runescape details i know.
its a jagex account and everything im reading just says "your need to make a new account"

Is there anything i can actually do ?

try to recover the acc, auth might get removed if successful(?)

any reason you can't log into your auth app on the new phone?

If you used an auth app like Google or Microsoft Auth you may have backed it up if you login to your email.

Phone was stolen, then auth asked to be re-entered and i didnt even think about it when i lost my phone was just playing casually on my laptop

i was using Authy and it wasnt setup for multiple devices so its either that phone or nothing

Yeah but I'm asking why you can't just login to your auth on another device.

Authy wasnt setup on my orginal device for multiple devices so when i sign into the account on my new phone it doesnt have my osrs authenticators
