I played a ton about 20 years ago sold most all tradable away and sold for FG.. I logged in maybe 2 years ago was all still there. I am thinking about playing again i did the new jagex launcher thing signed in and it found my old account but when i started it made me do T island which i thought was odd but i did it and when i got out my char stats was all gone and bank was all gone. Has anyone ever had this happen or heard of it ? do they ever get their real account back ? i mean its my account because my friend list is still there with a few names i know so its my account but why is all stats back to 1 and my bank nothing? I had tons of old holiday items and stuff so kinda sucks plus time to get lots of stats to 99.. and yes I did open a ticket on support with them but i dont have high hopes honestly.

Sounds like you used your old rs3 account and logged into osrs. Try logging into rs3. There's two runescapes now.

yeah log in to rs3 not osrs. hopefully you left yourself some phats or something. you'll be rich af.

yeah sorry it was on new RS which i kinda thought was odd since i played so long ago... i did have party hats at one time but i sold them all for fg a long time ago. honestly just skills on account i sold most of all other things except nontradable items from past events.
