I try tot login to my Ironman, using the 'login with email' button, It redirects me to osrs website, i fill in my login and pass then it redirects me to the app (i have correct login info) but the application just resets and puts me at the start menu again with the options to login....

Anybody know how this happens:( ? I only have mobile access atm..

is there 2 options that pops up that say something along the lines of "login for app/browser" & "login for app only"?
are you on ios or andriod?

make sure app is updated
might be good to go into phone settings, find rs & your browser and clear cache in both
could also reinstall osrs / hard restart phone

OMG the app needed update didnt give me message abt it I hope it works after also cleaned cache I let u know

Sadly no, it just restarts the entire app like it does not run on the background while it does?? Could this be a setting issue? Avoiding factory reset but thats last resort option atm

Weird. Fixed it for me last time.

I know it sounds stupid but have you tried on/off and a fresh app install?
Same issue on 4G/5G / wifi?
Same issue on other account?

oh also, if members ran out and you try to log into a membs world, you get redirected to the site too. but i'm sure it tells you that

nono not factory reset, just restart it.
does the app open a browser over the game, or open a separate app?

Seperate app. Using 4G, wifi not available close. Should i check somewhere with wifi signal?

weird, mine opens a browser in the runescape app
