Is it better to have 'bis' armor for each style, or better to have a tbow or tshadow with inferior armor?

I thought runelite gives stats?
We have a client to give us stats on rs3?

Wouldn't BIS for range include Tbow?

If I had a choice of tbow and mid level gear versus bis for all styles minus tbow I'd pick bis minus tbow.
