I second Stroxer's comment. Something weird is going on. I would consider running a legit anti-virus scan. I may also triple check that you have the official Runelite client, if you use Runelite. There are some notorious imposter clients that can be related to things like this.
Consider uninstalling your client and doing a fresh install only downloading directly from the Jagex website.

important that you know that Im not blaming you or The other person who has done a job for me. Ive contacted The other person who i blamed previosly for hacking me i Now know this wasent him and i Owe him a huge apoligy Im so Sorry.
I use jagexs own client and they use runelite aswell Its downloaded from their own legit website. So i doubt The problem lays There but a 3rd rebuild is gonna be hard.. luckily non of My untradeables is deleted
