Logged into OSRS for the first time in probably 6+ months? Account still has an authenticator on it, but I logged in to find everything gone. Had close to a 2b bank and it's completely gone, bank pin removed but it still prompted me for an authenticator when I logged in.
How does this happen if my account was protected with an authenticator? Also, am I SOL? I'm guessing OSRS support doesn't do anything for this?
