You should get caroming 4 on one of your weapons, as it's what makes Grico (greater ricochet) so powerful, it adds 4 additional hits to grico which makes it into one of the more powerful abilities in the game if you factor in how often you can trigger it since it's a basic. Without caroming, the grico purchase is barely worth it
For HM arch glacor I would recommend buying scripture of wen and charge it/ use it during all your kills. It has a chance at proccing a large AOE which can often help instakill the minions (particularly helpful once you get the bolstered glacyte at 500% enrage) it also helps destroy the arms and if it procs on the boss just does more damage
You could also go with a scripture of ful which is generically good for any boss, wen is specifically better at HM glacor in my opinion. Ful book procs a chance to deal 20% more dmg but take 10% more dmg for 15 seconds. It's quite powerfull
As far as your gear, almost always go with cinderbane gloves over nightmare if the target is poisonable. Drink a dose of weapon poison +++ and you just get a ton of free flat poison dmg particularly good with Grico + caroming the rapid hits can proc a ton of psn splats using cinderbanes. For higher enrage if you need dps also use Kwuarm incense sticks and overcharge them for even more poison dmg
Blights and hydrix bolts are good, but if you have tons of money most people opt for SGB with the newish god arrows. For example the poison arrows combo extremely well with the poison combo I mentioned above, but the poison arrow method is usually on worth it when your kills last at least 4-5 minutes cuz it stacks over time. The ful arrows are just flat dps increase. Not to mention the SGB spec is supremely powerful at Arch glacor.
As far as other things.. do you have archeology relic powers already? Fury of the small + conservation of energy are great. You want to get the maxed infernal puzzle box so you passively don't drain energy outside of combat. And doing the quest that allows you to passively always have the ring of vigor is excellent for free 10% adren after you use deaths swiftness. I would also either get used to using a planted feet switch, or shell our the money for superior death's swiftness ability so that your death's swiftness lasts significantly longer.
Reavers ring is also worth it for the crit chance and just switch to luck of dwarves when you loot the chest. Or Stalkers ring is even better but requires a bow to be better, reavers is better with x bows
Also use mechanized chins on the 4 minions that spawn. They should all die in 1 rapid fire most of the time
