Those are pretty well your options, plenty of questing would be required for anything other than 20 def <

I too know the pain of hitting 2 def on a pure, such a shitty feeling, especially when you're already 99 str > <

The only problem I'm running into at this point is my CB level reaching the limits of no defense

I need to keep it as lean as possible because every extra level for a zerker they get that much stronger

Def is pretty much cosmetic damage so don't worry about it.
1 hp less vs that defence level for combat, will hardly make a difference tbh.

If any defence, I'd quest 20 and 52 prayer.
Then as you get bored, 45 and keep it there as a zerker.

I've decided I'll be staying 2 Defense for the time being until my account is near completion and I'll reassess if I want a change of scenery

While as pointed out, I won't be losing much combat efficiency, but it definitely is a tarnish on the account and drives the perfectionist in me wild

However, I don't plan to let this stop the ultimate goal of Wilderness domination. Unfortunately I don't have the time or dedication to restart from scratch as I wish I could

Still haven't progressed since and may take some time, but hopefully I'll be back with the same drive as before
