Basically. Noone in RS section is trustworthy. Pretty simple really - more scams/flaming/trolling/multis and general bad behaviour comes from this section than anywhere else. (Except maybe D3 sec but that is pretty new still)

Garry and Nooba are the only non rands in rs section IMO.

I would hope so, I still use it occasionally.



And sadly it only seems like a handful of us actually cares about it.
