You don't need a 99 in something to know the fastest exp

I made this guide when hunter first came out and there like 99999 post in forum asking how to level.... I leveled a friends from 1-86 and i tried a few ways and tested exp

have a 99 skill then make a 99 skill guide.. otherwise, you dunno what gettingthe 99 is like.
