tbh i have done these with low magic and 99
doesnt make enough difference

•Required Range to start doing this?
I recommend at least 85+ range, if you are desperate you can try 80+range.

Start/finish Otto's Firemaking miniquest, requires a bow and a oak log. (10secs or so to complete)
•Why Waterfiends?
They are one of the top crimson charm droppers
•Exp per Waterfiend?
512 range exp per kill, averaging 100k+ range exp per trip
•Average Profit per trip?
You can make over 400k profit per trip
•Crimson charms per trip?
200 crimsons+ always
•Why regen bracelet?
Gives 1hp/15sec also same stats as addy gloves(max a 1def pure can use)
•Why wizard boots?
Gives best magic defense for boots on pures.

Gear to bring:
There is two methods, I recommend you try the magic defense method /w Range pray, if you haven't been to waterfiends, then slowly move onto the ranging bonus method.
•Picture One: Range bonus method, wear almost all gear that gives range exp instead of magic defense.
Head Gear: Ranger hat > Headdress(Req Summon) > Coif > Leather Cowl
Body: Leather Body
Legging: Black d hide
Boots: Rangers Boots > Wizards Boots > Climbing Boots
Ring: Archers Ring > Seers Ring
Gloves: Regen Bracelet > Addy Gloves > Black Vamps > Mithril Gloves
Cape: Accumulator > Fire Cape > Mage Arena Cape > Obby Cape
Amulet: Fury > Glory > Ranging Amulet > Power Amulet
Bolts: Broad > Addy > Mith
Shield: Zammy Book > Guthix > Sara book

•Picture Two: Magic Defense method, wear almost all gear that gives the best magic defense.
[Rune crafting robes are excellent for magic defense, but i dont have the requirements to get them, so i use ancients]

The idea for the seers ring, and rc robes is for magic defence. Before you can safe spot these suckers, you need to get them unaggro. They attack with mage and range. You're going to protect from range, and try and get their mage attacks to splash. The headdress can be swapped for coif or mitre. The rc robes can be swapped for ghost robes. Accumulator can be swapped for god cape (I prefer the god cape because the accumulator doesn't work over the rocks).

How to get there:
Use games of neck to Barb Assault, run south to whirlpool.
REMEMBER YOU NEED TO START OTTOS FIREMAKING BEFORE YOU CAN GO INTO THE WHIRLPOOL.


Once your inside, you will first be on a platform in a small room then go down the rocks/ladder.
Now you should see waterfiends, brutal green drags, and confused barbarians.
PRAY MAGE BECAUSE THE BRUTAL GREEN DRAGS HIT HARD!

Now that your at safe spot, you have to wait 10min for them to unagro this is where the sara brews/food comes in.
If you find yourself running out of food early, dont panic. Hop on the ancient log on the river, it will take you safely out of the cavern or you can teleport.
then adjust your inventory to your own specifications.

FINALLY! 10min of agro is over!
Now have fun and use this pic to lure the waterfiends.
Things to pick up:
Rune med ( Alch it)
Ranarr and up Seeds/Herbs
Blood Runes
Adamant Body ( Alch it)
Staffs ( Alch it)
Water orb (noted)
Mithril ore (noted)
97-691 Coins
Half keys
Water talisman (6k each, replace if u get ranarr+)
2-4 Uncut sapphire (noted)
and of course the charms.
