Here's some maths
With 87 hunter + bear (+7 hunter, so basically 94 hunter), at zammy jadinkos, I was able to catch 26 wtih 1 dose of hunter potion (10 minutes)
Assume I never actually had to repot the plant (which you do), that means I could get about 156 an hour. I was also using favor of zamorak potion, which is 10% hunter boost, so that's 600 -> 660 a catch, which totals to alittle over 100k an hour.
I did the same test with same conditions (common jadinkos were also driven away) with draconic and caught 53 with 1 dose of hunter potion.
That means, once again, assuming I never have to repot the plant, I could get 318 an hour. With favor of zamorak, they give from 525 -> 577.5 exp, which means an hour of hunting like that would yeild about 180k an hour.
So basically, unless you're planning on using scentless potions and you have high as balls hunter level OR you just need god vines, you should stick with draconic jadinkos for hunter exp.
Carrion are probably slightly behind draconic, but they have 2 advantages:
1) You don't need hunter potion
2) You don't need stripy vines to drive away common jadinkos cuz you hunt them somewhere else
And 1 disadvantage:
1) They drop only herb seeds, no bush seeds
And their vine effects:
Carrion: Can be made into super compost
Draconic: Used for juju mining potions
