that just sums up all cmb in this game tbh, to each his own.

Hybridding takes an enormous amount of skill. Easy to tell a good one from a bad one. How fast they switch , know when to freeze , know when to melee , etc etc.

Also edge fights require skill as well. You have to know when to eat , when to risk , when to venge. Yes the hits are random but there are ways to increase your chances of surviving and winning.

I heard there's this evolution of combat thing that might be inclined to required a bit more strategy than what you just described. Just saying.
Oh maybe, you know what, maybe, just maybe, PvP in Runescape, past, present, and future, is awful.
