There's 200m cap. What does it matter if they increase levels like that? Just so it says "Congratulations!" ?

Well, that way I could still slay and be gaining levels at the same time.

I like slaying, I want a reason to keep doing so.

You can still gain experience. If you feel like you've reached the maximum, I'm pointing out there's still 100m+ more exp for you to gain. So the max is still awhile away.

new levels = new rewards also
