I prefer not to get hit, over to get hit. And at that, I have plenty of inventory spce, using 0-1 prayer pots maximum per task. So all of the extra room --> super energy pots/def pots, both of which ofc speed up the task.. Energies, in that I don't have to walk to the top of the tower/whereverthefuck, and defence in that I get hit less often, and therefore have to switch to Guthan's helm/spear less often to heal.

And I guess it's worth noting the additional overall safety factor. Should I DC or some dumb shit, they could potentially be the difference between losing 15-20M of shit, or not.
