ya but if someone is caught selling obvious dupes and continually doing so aka they are duping or selling them for someone who is duping them they run the risk of being banned for it
here is the guy i'm talking about btw http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=295178 i remember seeing him selling many socketed items all fairly early in the ladder too
