The Runescape guild has been inactive for almost two years.
Myrmidon was a RS guild back when Ben owned it.
PHats was a RS guild when Evilsmurf owned it, then was given to Anna.

Most of them die, the ones I know of:

Armadyl
Elite Army
Feelin' Lucky? (Not really a RS guild, but a few play RS)
Pie
Social Suicide
