It'd be beyond me to understand how someone could compete with some of the Slayers, if they weren't RWTing, Multilogging, or account sharing. Do you have any idea how expensive Prayer Potions and Cannonballs are? Honestly, I spend over a million per day on supplies, which would take quite a while to come up with 'legit'.

It's possible that there's that one lone, innocent guy - but the vast majority of them/us, they're/we're breaking or bending rules.

Ish is using some of the fastest methods possible, RWT, account sharing, and even HE isn't on the front page. How could someone legitimate even possibly climb higher than him!?

The last part is arguably not legitimate but if this is true he's the most legitimate player on the board probably. But it's doubtful.
