They'll start showing up eventually. It's a very specific set of skills/quests needed for them, and I highly doubt someone would take a break from Slayer to do all of that shit. So IMO whoever it is that found his, specifically built his account for farming masks early on. (Edited this in, forgot to finish my thought originally.)

Word is RuneShark paid 400K+G Maul for his, so I think I'll be able to grab one here soon. Realistically, have ~1.6M to spend on shit.

17*3*750 = 38,250 Prayer points = Mask
Drain rate of US/IR Prayers (15%/15%, same as Mask) = 27.27/minute
38,250 / 27.27 = 1,402.6 Minutes of prayer = 23.37 Hours of Prayer
