and what all can you get off of say black dragons thats affected by the row?

No "base drops", as the visage isn't affected by the row, but you can still get the "unique" drops.

k but what about scarag mages? and do u have to have slayer task to get these drops? like the essence or ores or the torsol weeds? what i got to kill for those
