just doing mith platebodies for my smithing levels, the only other strategy i know of that works is gold bars at bf and dropping them. The gold method is expensive af but nets like 200k+ xp/hr, mith plates are profit (apparently 100k+ gp/hr) and the exp is around 85k+, depending on how autistic you are
