Ish is one of the few people in this section that I have come in contact with over the last year+.
I know for a fact, if Ish had a better home life situation he would already be on a path towards greatness.
I've observed and noticed Ish's qualities to not only say, but believe he has enough potential to change his current situation.
That is if you deem his situation "taboo"...
Personally, if I had the money (to hand out) or acquired a significant amount in the next few years then I would personally send Ish to any university he desires.
That or purchase him a brand new automobile to help progress his future.
