I guess I don't really understand your real world trading dilemma. You already use D2jsp, yes? You already provide services, or trade for gold on here, and obviously have for years. This in/of itself already constitutes real world trading by JaGeX's definition. You're already violating the games ToS.
So, why would it be more or less morally (un)acceptable to then trade currencies between games, when you're already using an outside medium to begin with?

JaGeX never intended people to be able to trade for anything outside of their game.
To me, there's absolutely no difference in trading Forum gold for Rsgp, Diablo Gold for Forum Gold for Rsgp, Diablo Gold for money for Rsgp, or Rsgp for real life currency, etc. It all violates the exact same rule, so there's really no difference how you slice it.

Ish, You should sell D3 gold for FG. Then buy RSGP with the fg and rwt the gold and make good money. And your getting paid for something you enjoy doing.
