60 atk / 93 strength/99 rnage/97 mage/45def /44 pray

im planning on getting 75 attack then get 99 strength

do you think its worth getting the inquisitor set to train strength / attack?

inq is nice but you can certainly get by with standard zerk gear and a dagger for the majority of content, especially if you do mostly slayer. there are a lot of other upgrades I would make before buying an inq set (though I may be looking at doing that soon heh), but again it depends on what content you do/want to do.
