all of them have +3 magic bonus so doesn't matter either way
pretty sure salve(I) is better for where i'm at. Any other circumstance occult is probably better. Not sure about the ring thing either, treasonous ring makes me hit more often? b ring makes me hit higher? I'd rather hit more often.
