Also, everyone I'm making it MANDATORY that you get your upkeep maxed out WEEKLY at the citadel.
If you fail to do so you will receive de-ranks/will not be ranked up for anything else you do.

All citadel upkeep must be reported to SeKsHuN (Kylekabam in-game) on a weekly basis.

He will keep track of who has done their upkeep and who hasn't, so don't be chincey.
PM SeKsHuN your weekly upkeep with your RS name.

For those who don't do this.. well .. de-ranks/no ranks will be handed out.
