I've been asked for an explanation of how the caves work, so I'll go ahead and do that.

Basic info about the caves: There are seven jads. 37 waves.

Waves 1-10: You will be fighting a mix of Rangers, and Magers. A few very weak Meleers in the early rounds. Use your Melee setup the whole time, and begin using protect from Magic when the mages start coming in. (~Wave 5)

You need to prioritize your targets. If you have Dreadnips, stick a Dreadnip on a mage while you melee a Ranger, since Melee is horrendously overpowered. Same goes for Meleers - put your dreadnip on them, and continue to rapier the Rangers.

Waves 11-20: You will be fighting a mix of Mages, and Rangers. Same as last wave, prioritize. Because Ranged is horrible, use both Ranged and a Dreadnip to kill the mages. Lure them around the center safespot to reduce splash damage. While luring Zeks, wear Gano to reduce splash damage as much as possible.

You will be protecting from Magic almost the whole time during waves 11-20.

Waves 21-30: You will be fighting a mix of Meleers, Rangers, and Mages. This is the second easiest stage, aside from the Rangers. You will absolutely bumfuck the Meleers with a Polypore. Start wave 21 with a Magic Crystal, and you will absolutely fuck up the 12x100 wave, and the following two waves. This saves so much fucking time.

You will have your Melee gear on at the start of each round while you look for Rangers that have spawned, and lure the Meleers. Once lured, you will switch to Gano/ASN/Polypore, and begin wrecking. If a Mage spawns, take care of it first. Followed by rangers, then Meleers. Again, use the center safe spot.

Wave 28 is important. If you don't know what you're doing, you *will* get fucked up. Invulnerability or Constitution crystals could be helpful here. (Video of correct way: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JDHHScL21sw)

Waves 31-36

Waves 31, 32, and 33 are single-class waves. Waves 34, 35, and 36 are Jad waves.

Wave 31, 32, and 33 are simple. Again, use the center safespot, and kill the monsters that spawn one at a time. I believe they spawn in the order of 4x Meleers, then 4x Rangers, then 4x Mages.

Waves 34, 35, and 36 You will get a Jad on each wave, and a bonus doublejad on wave 36. Lure your Jad on the center colomn (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3MCjCin7k4E) and take care of the other monster. After that, do your Jad. Very simple.

Wave 36 specifically: Lure both Jads in the center, and kill one at a time. Nips help if you have them, and are quick enough to deploy them.

Wave 37: Har'aken: The final boss. Easy as fuck.

At this point, unless you suck, you should have two magic crystals and three restoration crystals. Run in, and instantly pick a corner to camp. Kill the tentacles as they come out of the Lava. Magic VS Ranged, Ranged VS Magic. (Don't use Melee, you want to stay in the corner to reduce the amount of tentacles that can hit you.) Wear your Melee armor and protect from Magic. If you're using Bandos, Ganodermic+Protect from Ranged may be better, but I'm not sure. Haven't tried it.

Conserve your brews on this stage. Wait your HP to get low, and use your restoration crystals. DO NOT use your constitution crystals on this stage. When the Hars head spawns, use a restoration crystal if you're under ~70% of your HP, then use a Magic crystal. ASN/ABS+SoA that motherfucker, hitting 700s at Rapier speed.

Other notes:

Every ninth wave is class-specific. Meaning 9 is ~6 rangers, 19 is ~9 mages, and 29 is like 6 meleers. The healers, I think.
Every tenth wave is a jad+class-specific. Meaning on wave 10 you fight Jad and a ranger. 20, Jad and a Zek. 30, Jad and four healers. (They don't heal, but it's important that you lure the Jad, and kill the healers just so you don't get stomped by 5-way combat.)

The rock in the center of the cave is your best friend.
