DMIM is hardly ladder... It's closest to HC ladder but even then it's not quite the same system. Honestly i'd play ladder RS, but yea it would need a reset twice yearly, but more importantly ranking systems for varying account types. Pkers would need ranked, skillers in different skills would need ranked, overall cmb, quest points, diaries, bosses. Soooo much to track that it just seems unrealistic to expect it to happen ;P

Yea but you understand that those players are better(Yea in game grind time relates to skill >> ), and it would only make sense that they'd win, it's not technically an imbalanced field
