~~~ZMI~~~

Requirements!
Lunar Diplomacy / Dream Mentor Quests
71 Magic
50+ Runecrafting
54+ summoning recommended

As shown in the screen shot above, I will now name the steps for doing 'ZMI Method'
Have your inventory set up as above ( must have fire runes and a earth staff wielded / best d hide you can wear, will get astrals + laws to teleport with from crafting them so do not have astrals / laws in your inventory like above)
To use the bank there click on the fire rune option and you give him 20 fire runes to bank
Turn on protect range + steel skin + rapid heal (have these as your quick prays)
Run south until you see a turn and proceed east until you see the altar
Craft the pure essence into runes from the altar and empty out your pouches until their fully emptied and continue crafting till out of essence that inventory
Teleport to Oranian on Lunar spell book
Run a little east and north up to the altar, recharge your pray and go down the ladder
Bank and use fire runes to bank and bank all the runes and fill your pouches / familiar if you have one (Abyss Parasite / Lurker / Titan)
(Side Notes)
Repeat this process over and over and it'll be around 30k-50k experience per hour depending on lvls, also for faster get your bank to be FULL without any fire runes in bank so you can use the "empty inventory" option in bank to bank all the runes quickly but keeping your pouches / fire runes in inventory

~~~ABYSS~~~

Requirements!
Mage of Zamorak Minigame:

44+ Runecrafting recommended
Decently high Defence & Hitpoints so you don't die from the monsters within it
54+ summoning recommended

Items you'll need are :
Charged Amulet of Glorys ( depends on the amount of essence you have )
Pure essence
Pouches ( which you get from killing abyss monsters inside the Abyss )
Any pickaxe wielded and some decent Defence armor

Here's a route from Edgeville bank to Abyss. At the end of the path, right click on the Mage and click teleport

If you have followed everything suggested above, I will now name the steps taken for the 'Abyss Method'
Fill your pouches & familiar with pure essences
Run north of Edgeville bank and hop the ditch into the wilderness
Follow the path ( in the picture as shown above )
Right click Zamorak Mage and click teleport ( as stated above )
Make your way to the center by mining rocks, doing the agility course thing, or tricking the eyes with thieving
Go into the rift of whichever rune you would like to make ( if you decide to make law runes, you can't wear armour, just spottier cape / boots of lightness / glory)
Craft the essence on the altar
Rub the charged Amulet of Glory, and teleport to Edgeville
Repeat process until you have either run out of charged Amulet of Glorys or Pure essence

(Side Notes)
If you have completed Heroes Quest, you are able to charged the Amulet of Glory's yourself within the basement at the fountain
Sell the runes you made and buy more essence so you are able to craft more
If you're 75+ Runecrafting only use Giant / Large / Medium Pouches for faster banking and crafting

~~~Graahk~~~

Requirements!
57 summoning
44+ Runecrafting

Items that are needed for this method:
Spirit Graahk familiar
Multiple Ring of Dueling(8)'s
Pure essence
Nature tiara
Here's a route from Graahk teleport to Nature Altar ( Picture located below )
Red = Where your Graahk teleports you to
Yellow = Summon points recharge
Blue = Nature Altar

Steps to take to fully understand the 'Graahk Method':
Teleport with your Graahk
Run east to Nature Altar ( Map provided above )
Craft the Nature runes once at Altar
Rub your Ring of Dueling(8) and teleport to Caste Wars
Bank the Nature runes and take out Pure essence, fill your pouches up also
Teleport back with Graahk and repeat the process
(Side Notes)
Doing this you'll get approximately 25k experience an hour with good profit too
If you're 75+ Runecrafting only use Giant / Large / Medium Pouches for faster banking and crafting

Also for any skillers or anyone can't kill abyss monsters for pouches, you can purchase them in the runecrafting guild at 50+ runecrafting for a small fee
