get 500 shards, on first back, you should always have weapon frame + 90 shards minimum [t2 bow + 1x vial]

You should also fill invo with bark/ore/cloth, at least 12 before dropping in spawn

100% success rate if I get all resources, before fighting. Have done with 12 food too. Works well! Just sometimes sucks not having any rooms of resources or food or monsters. But most of the time I get all 9 pieces without too much issue. Have had to reset or leave like 2 or 3 out of the 7.
