Do these still get broadcasted if they have a jar or whatever that brings them to softcore ironman?

Or are these characters literally gone forever.

The red skull next to name means they didn't have a jar I believe
The white means they had a jar and went to regular ironman

what happens if a old school ultimate ironman dies? never seen it in chat.

Because osrs doesn't get announcements
And why would anything happen?
Ultimate on osrs just means no bank access, it's not hardcore
