Bit late on this, as I just caught it while going through to update, but, from what it SEEMS it does, but I haven't got confirmation. In hours of camping/slaying I usually only get one (unless I'm camping dark beasts), two max, but yesterday I got four total while row testing. The numbers aren't large enough to consider it substantial evidence, but it's definitely a point in the right direction.
/e: First post updated as best as I could, went through the last 15 pages and did those. Again, try to keep the posts related to the row and drop discussion as much as possible, considerably more difficult while having to wade through spam.
/e2: @Contributing people: Thanks a lot for taking the time to post, definitely helps with finding out the specifics of this. At this point I'm sure it's at least slightly released onto wiki, so it's not AS important, but it's still nice to have for personal and community use.
