Timewise of course you can do it, but it's not the same as actually doing it
For instance: in the time I did 96 slayer I could say I could of got 96 mining.

However, what you're failing to take into consideration is the motivation of training skills as tedious as runecrafting or agility.
It's all good and well saying you could of done it, because I can say I'll get 99 slayer by the end of this week - in numbers perhaps it could seem realistic, but doesn't necessarily mean its done.

Theres no doubt you did some of the work, but you can't expect a massive congratulation and rank in the d2jsp hierarchy for work that you've only partly done.
Perhaps you're not necessarily asking for this, but I 100% agree with M_A_T_T , that is you cant consider yourself a maxed account when you haven't done 95% of the work
[in that respects I mean doing 95% of the account work and having 5% done out of laziness like most of us have surely done]

Think of it like this; if you owned 49% of a company, would you consider it yours?

Also, towards the "Near as many jobs for others as I have" - This doesn't mean you've done more work to compensate what you havent done on your account.
You've done the same thing over and over again, 300 times. That doesn't require skill at all. You spend 2 hours for a large sum of forum gold which then pays for a days work of a boring skill

HOWEVER, i'm not meaning to argue here upon this point because both of us know that this argument will get nowhere.

Indeed, it is a very nice account. As well as it has alot of hard earned money on it.
