Should Bob be tried? Probably since his brother was a drug dealer living under his roof and it would be highly unlikely Bob didn't know that about his brother. Bob may not get tried but he is still going to be questioned and have some sort of accountability.

If Jeb wasn't a drug dealer and Jeb was at fault for accidentally killing someone then Bob should still have some accountability for loaning Jeb his car since Jeb obviously wasn't sound to drive the car. No matter the situation, Bob would have some form of accountability since it was his car used.

It might be ridiculous but alright I'll give her a shot!
As the VP i would take full responsibility no questions asked. I would explain it's not his fault at all and try to make it if there was a way .

If you try to use that analogy with the Unico situation at hand.

Me being the President and Clouds being VP. Clouds nuking the 2 people who was suppose to be nuked and Unico that was an accident.
Clouds the VP apologized later after what happened.

Maybe my analogy was a little extreme but my point still stands.

Whether or not you are found at fault, you are still accountable. You still had to answer the who and/or the what happened.

Just like in the incident with Bob. If Bob chose to protect Jeb and refused to cooperate with police, he most certainly would be tried as an accessory to the crime, or at the very least obstruction. He had accountability. Even though he had no prior knowledge what Jeb was going to do with his car, he would still be responsible for what it is used for. That is accountability.

That is a big IF. Like I said I did cooperated with Tony about the situation. I'm pretty sure Bob would do the same if he had a rational mind.

I'll add more to the story to make it a bit more relevant. Jeb confesses to the murder of Sally and also states that Bob is innocent.( Clouds confesses it was him that did it.)
