this is so stupid and pointless lmfao. someone kick me tomorrow so i actually get some work done on my acc instead of talking in the chat all the time

So by your logic should Bob be tried for assisted murder because it was his car that was used in the killing of Sally?


Dude you can't compare this to murder, that's way too far off. At least use something similar like terrorism!

An apology is not the same as being sent to jail for manslaughter.

But logically yes, Bob did assist in the murder by providing the means.

False, Bob's vehicle was used in the murder but to his knowledge it was being used for work as it was every other day. So no, Bob would face 0 charges.

The analogy is I'm Bob and Clouds is Jeb. Apology has nothing to do with the point I'm trying to make.

Yes logically assisted BUT Bob not knowing (Me not knowing cause I was with my girlfriend at the time when it happened).
Also take in the fact the witnesses (Fjp and those I don't know who knew what happened that Clouds(Jeb) was on my account(car) of the time of the kick(murder)
Bob would be innocent
I'm not sure if I'm wording this out correctly. You can correct me if you want.
