dunno :( 80 rc so far though, doing some quests and what not atm
they don't have individual skill hiscores, but all the top rank teams i've checked nobody has had rc leveled much yet besides around 40

Lil update -- currently doing NMZ to imbue slay helm. 65-73 slayer with no burst task yet tho :(
