I read what he typed literally. He claimed he built the accounts. That can mean botting it himself. I'm not exactly sure what you're confused about here, Bradley. You insisted it was a 3rd party slave labor service, whether correct or not, based off mere assumption and no educated guess. This is why I refrain from speaking to you as much as possible. Every conversation goes in a circle that requires direct quoting and screenshots to keep you on board.
