Yea basically, the level 60-70's staking a level 34 are just as bad if not worse. They are staking the level 34 expecting a free win and cash.

I dont think you realize who Electric is... He has a almost completely 120'd Skiller Account... He clearly knows what your account is....

Your account is as unique as a 13 def pure, its got its niche's but its not crazy now adays, there are plenty of unique accounts and stuff... But scamming is still scamming, you are arguing with a bunch of people that see you say you are taking advantage of ignorance of someone not checking a summoning button and abusing it, and that is still considered scamming.

And for you to assume he doesnt know what a Summoning tank is, is actually quite funny as He has probably one of the more impressive accounts on RS3 with his RS3 Skiller Thread where they are only missing what? 3 120 stats (and having over 2b xp on a lvl 3 skiller if im not mistaken).
