Look at the prayer list... the higher the level the better it is

Can anyone explain yhe pvp part? If i see red -96 level this means hes 96 lelvs higher than me? And i would have to provoke him? If im in the wilderness i can attack anyone?

You can attack anybody equal to your combat level +/- the level of wilderness.
IE your lvl 20 can fight level 10-30 at level 10 wilderness.
Everybodys combat level is what your seeing and it's red because it's significantly higher then yours.

You are getting close to 70 slayer. Don't give up. You will not be making money until then unless you do boring stuff like picking white berries in the wildy or mort myre mushroom farming.
