I wanna change something from your first post. It is actually higher dps to wait for your normal hit to go and smash an ability right afterwards, they both hit on the same tick and then the cooldown resets. You never run out of abilities to hit, and you don't have to use any of the shit abilities.

or attack+ability at same time then attack+ability again

Nice quick and easy guide.
Similarly, barraging dagannoths yields a steady 180 crims an hour and 100k+ magic XP (haven't actually kept track of the exp) and is also very afk since you use momentum

i got 99 def/range and 95 pray (did 94-99 def from ranging waterfiends)
i never used soulsplit, as shark drops provided more than enough, and bunyip without scrolls kept me at full life for the whole 44 minutes.
i averaged 280-340 charms an hour using crystal bows, full arma, glaivens
anguish and extremes speed up the kills - more charms per hour
soulsplit is unnecessary if you spend 2 seconds to pick up and eat a shark while killing another waterfiend.
if you use abilities the whole time, obviously you will have faster kills, thus more charms per hour.
i would only use momentum for something such as dual ccb, but abilities just slow down the dual crossbows.

i was able to use up 8 crystal bows without having to bank, of course i wasn't able to pray for all those hours, but with good stats you can last until you run out of ammo basically.

good guide for lower levels and cheaper gear though, i might try out karils bow to see how it's like.

If you have the money use royal xbow it's amazing. It's about 4-5m and then bolt which were 115 a piece
